Poppyseed Bakery was opened in December 2016, thirteen years to the month after Lee and Kirsty opened their first shop, Bexhill Farm Kitchen (Click here to view the website).
Lee has many years experience in the bakery trade having started his career as an apprentice in 1984 around the corner at Saffron Patisserie.
Prior to opening in his shop in Bexhill on Sea, Lee held the position of Head Baker at The Dorchester Hotel, & Sally Clarke Bakery and Victoria Park Plaza in London.
Today, Poppyseed have a few shops in East Sussex, currently Eastbourne and Bexhill, and offer a variety of artisan breads, cakes and tasty treats.
Poppyseed offer delivery services with no minimum order requirement, as well as a collection service if required, to both customer and wholesale. Contact us today for more information.
