Poppyseed Bakery was opened in December 2016, thirteen years to the month after Lee and Kirsty opened their first shop Bexhill Farm Kitchen.
Lee has many years experience in the bakery trade having started his career as an apprentice in 1984 around the corner at Saffron Patisserie.
Prior to opening in his shop in Bexhill on Sea, Lee held the position of Head Baker at The Dorchester Hotel, & Clarkes Bread and Victoria Park Plaza in London.
We have a wide selection of rolls and breads to choose from. Poppyseed Bakery also have a large choice of sandwich fillings that can be taken away or eaten in. Hot drinks are also available along with other items.
